5. Kitten Reservations & Deposits
Royal Bengal Paws offers a reservation process for customers who wish to reserve a particular Bengal kitten.
Reservation Deposit
The reservation deposit is $400.
The deposit is fully refundable, including when a customer changes their mind and decides not to proceed with the purchase.
If the purchase is completed, the $400 deposit is credited toward the kitten's purchase price.
Reservation Confirmation
A reservation is considered confirmed only after Royal Bengal Paws has acknowledged the reservation and confirmed the selected kitten.
Completing a contact form or expressing interest does not, by itself, guarantee that a kitten has been reserved.
6. Payment Methods & Transactions
Royal Bengal Paws offers the following payment methods, subject to availability:

- Cash App
- Credit or debit card
- Apple Pay
- PayPal
Payment instructions are provided privately after the relevant purchase or reservation details have been confirmed.

7. Local Pickup Appointments
Local pickup is available at no additional charge.
Pickup is strictly by appointment after a reservation has been arranged.
Royal Bengal Paws is a family-based breeder and does not accept unannounced visits or walk-in appointments.
Pickup arrangements, location details and the kitten's readiness will be confirmed directly with the buyer.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Royal Bengal Paws offers delivery options throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, subject to applicable requirements and transportation availability.
Delivery Options
- Ground Delivery: $300, where available.
- Flight Nanny: $400, where available.
- Airline Cargo: $500, where available.
These listed prices are subject to route and service availability. Any changes to the quoted total should be communicated and agreed upon before payment.
Delivery schedules depend on factors such as weather, carrier availability, the kitten's health and age, and applicable transportation requirements.
We do not guarantee a specific delivery date or time unless expressly confirmed in writing, and such arrangements remain subject to circumstances outside reasonable control.
Alaska & Hawaii
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional coordination.
Hawaii has specific animal import rules, and eligibility must be confirmed before transportation arrangements are made.

9. Health Guarantee
Royal Bengal Paws offers a one-year health guarantee under the conditions described in the applicable written health agreement.
The guarantee's coverage, exclusions, notification requirements and available remedies are defined by that agreement and applicable law.

10. Buyer Responsibilities
Prospective owners should consider the long-term responsibilities of caring for a Bengal cat.
These responsibilities include:

Registration eligibility, transfer documents, veterinary records and any other paperwork will depend on the individual kitten and the written purchase agreement.
Customers may request clarification regarding available documentation before reserving.
12. Refunds & Cancellations
Reservation Deposit Refunds
The $400 reservation deposit is fully refundable if the buyer cancels the reservation, including when the buyer simply changes their mind.
Refund requests are generally processed within 3–5 business days. Additional time may be required for funds to appear in the original payment account.
Other Payments
Refunds involving completed purchases, transportation charges or other payments are governed by the applicable written agreement and relevant law.
No provision of these terms is intended to remove consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
